Anna Robinson
Anna Robinson is the Chair of Community Health First and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Access Health and Community (AccessHC). Anna has led operations, growth, and innovation within the health and social service sectors for over 20 years of leadership. Her experience spans Australia, the UK, Asia, and Latin America.
Anna’s career has been defined by a commitment to community impact, strategic expansion, and service excellence.
Prior to joining AccessHC in 2021, Anna was an executive at The Benevolent Society, Australia’s oldest charity, overseeing clinical disability services nationally while driving the organisation’s growth and business excellence framework. Earlier in her career, she served as Senior Director of Business Development at Change.org, the world’s largest online platform for social change, where she spearheaded the launch and expansion of their business model across eight countries.
Anna holds a Master of Public Policy and Management from the Melbourne School of Government (University of Melbourne) and a Bachelor of Arts (Politics, Media and Communications) from Monash University.

Community Health First is an initiative of all 22 registered independent community health services in Victoria. Community Health First seeks to start a dialogue with Government decision-makers to promote the central role of community health services in the wider Victorian health system, and to increase the capacity of services to alleviate system-wide demand.
Registered independent community health services operate across metropolitan, rural and regional Victoria, operating out of more than 250 sites across Victoria, employing more than 10,000 people to support Victorians right around the state.
